In this class we read a few books and a few short stories. The Color of Water and Their Eyes Were Watching God were the two main books we read this year. Part of me wishes we had read more but I am pretty sure we went so slowly to focus on MORE than just reading which is really important.
The short stories we read were "My Antonia", "Growing Up" and "The Devil and Tom Walker." Those are the ones I remember, anyway (sorry Newcombe) :(
